Is the listing Pending or Contingent?

When an offer has been accepted there are two way to express that in IMLS. Contingent and Pending. Please make sure that the correct status is used with each listing.

Contingent:
  • The listing is still being marketed & will transmitted to the internet
  •  Offers will still be accepted (right to continue to market)
  • Listing WILL expire
  • Bump Clause in Agent Remarks (required)

Pending:
  • Offers are not considered
  • Listing not transmitted to the internet
  • Listing will NOT expire
