Firefox & Instanet problem?

Have you recently had issues with Firefox and Instanet? It worked before but now it doesn't?

If you use Firefox as your internet browser and have recently started to have problems with Instanet, this could be the reason. Firefox recently updated and with that update they included their own PDF viewer. For Instanet to function properly Adobe Reader is the PDF viewer that needs to be used.

Here is how to do that:

1.) In Firefox go to Options

2.) Choose the Applications section
3.) Search for PDF
4.) Under "Content Type" you should see "Portable Document Format (PDF)"
5.) Under "Action" click on what is there and choose "Use Adobe Acrobat (in Firefox)", then click OK.
