Willis Stone, President
Western Magic Valley Association - 208 Real Estate
Willis Stone is currently an Associate Broker at 208 Real Estate in Twin Falls, Idaho. He has been a REALTOR® since 1991. Willis has served as President of Idaho REALTORS®, Greater Twin Falls Association of REALTORS® (Western Magic Valley REALTORS®) and Idaho CRS President. He was named the REALTOR® of the Year for WMVR in 1998.
Willis has been serving as the IMLS Vice President, a member of IR’s Professional Standards committee , and NAR’s Land Use Committee. In 2018 he served on NAR’s Professional Standards Committee.
Willis and his wife Jill are a blended family with 8 children and 15 grandchildren living in the Boise and Coeur d ‘alene area. In his spare time Willis loves to ski, golf, camp, and travel.
Eric Jensen, Past President
Boise Regional Realtors - Idaho Smart Agents
Eric Jensen is a 3rd generation real estate broker in the treasure valley. Licensed in 1998 he began working under his father at Remax West and is currently the broker and owner of Idaho Smart Agents.
Eric has volunteered in various capacities for almost as long as he has been licensed. He is a graduate of the inaugural class of the IAR Leadership academy in 2003. He has served as a board member and on the executive committees of both the IMLS and BRR boards. He also served on the IAR strategic planning task force. He spent 6 years serving as a commissioner on the Meridian Development Corporation guiding the urban renewal agency for downtown Meridian.
He has earned his ABR, GRI, e-Pro and SFR designations.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, riding dirt bikes with his boys, staying fit and supporting his wife’s non-profit, Treasure Valley Children’s Theater.
Katrina Wehr, Vice President
Boise Regional Realtors - Silvercreek Realty Group
Katrina is a recipient of the Lifetime Circle of Excellence award and has been a consistent Top Producer since joining the real estate profession in 2000. Always striving to learn and grow she became an Associate Broker in 2011. She stays involved with her industry. She is Boise Regional Realtors 2018 Immediate Past President of the Board of Directors and State Director for Idaho Realtors. She is an active participant on various committees dedicated to helping the community, such as NeighborWorks - Paint the Town (2016 Chairperson), Rake Up Boise, and Habitat For Humanity. Her involvement with the local, state and national associations includes Public Policy, Professional Standards, Realtor Outreach, Education, Communications, Risk Management, RPAC, Legal Action and much more .
Rooted in the Treasure Valley since birth, Katrina Wehr is proud be a Boise Native. Katrina spends her free time with family and friends enjoying all sorts of outdoor adventures. She has a passion for the outdoors that you would expect from someone who was born and raised in Idaho. You can find her hiking, mountain biking and even dirt biking taking in God’s creation with appreciation and gratitude.
Shirley Koch, Treasurer

Shirley Koch moved to Boise in 1993 from the San Francisco Bay Area where she spent her childhood years except for 2.5 years she lived in Japan. She graduated from California State University, East Bay with a B.S. in Business Administration.
Shirley started her real estate career in 2001 after 17+ years in corporate and has been an active Top Producer. In 2009, at the persuasion of another REALTOR?, Shirley was introduced to leadership by being elected to serve the Ada County Association of Realtors (now Boise Regional Realtors) Board of Directors for three years. From 2016 to 2018, Shirley represented Boise Regional Realtors on the Idaho Realtors Board of Directors. She was involved with the IR and BRR Education Committees. Shirley spent five years on the Intermountain MLS Board of Directors. Shirley also served on the IMLS Rules and Regulations Committee and the IMLS Forms committee. She has her Associate Broker Designation, Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) and Short Sale & Foreclosure (SFR) certifications.
Shirley enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling (especially to warm and tropical climates), biking, camping, swimming, reading, and various other hobbies.

Inclement Weather Policy:
To keep members and staff safe during inclement weather, IMLS and BRR will follow the lead of the West Ada School District regarding office start times or early closures.
If the school district has a late start, IMLS and BRR will open at 9:30 a.m.
If the school district has an early closure, IMLS and BRR will close at 4:00 p.m.
If the school district closes for the day, IMLS and BRR will open at 9:30 a.m. and close at
If there is a meeting, class, or event planned that day, an email will be sent to those members who are registered, confirming whether or not the event will take place as scheduled.

Starting December 1, 2018 the cost of a Supra iBox (BLTE iBox) will be $100.00 (plus tax). This increase is due to a cost increase from our vendor. The lockboxes are sold by IMLS at cost.
