Tomorrow is the day! Paragon Integration is finally complete!
August 22, 2017 the integration with Paragon and Form Simplicity will be live.

The follow features will be available:
  • Import Paragon Listing Data into IMLS Data Form
  • Export / Upload IMLS Data form as partial listing from Form Simplicity
(Instanet already has these options)

Instructions on the Form Simplicity / Paragon import- export / upload functionality

Form Simplicity Overview Class scheduled for August 21, 2017 from 9-11 AM at IMLS and will cover this new integration. Other classes available also.

Tax Icon Missing?

Listing a property and Missing the Tax Icon, the "T" on your listings? If you enter the parcel number correctly then it should be there. Paragon uses the parcel number of the listing to match the tax record of the property. If a number other than the parcel number is used, like an account number then the icon is not added. Paragon is unable to link the tax record to the listing. Canyon County has an account number that is used by the county. SOME TITLE COMPANIES DO NOT PROVIDE THE CORRECT PARCEL NUMBER. In Paragon Parcel Number is what should be entered in the listing. DO NOT USE THE ACCOUNT NUMBER!

Just like glancing at your speed and gas gauges while you drive; the Instanet Agent Dashboard is meant to show you, at a glance, the most important and up-to-date things you would want to know about transaction management. Let’s learn how to customize it to best suit your needs.

You can see in the image below that I have 6 widgets on my Dashboard. Two are blue, and four resemble windows that allow you to see the important details within your account. (To find out the difference between blue and green widgets scroll to the bottom of this article). Don’t worry if your Dashboard looks different from mine — you can make yours look just like it, or you can customize it however you wish!
